How did you meet? What was your first date like? Give us all the details!
Its actually funny really. I received an instant message from Chris (now my husband) on Christian Mingle dating site. I looked up his profile and thought he seems like a very nice guy. So I messaged him back and we started talking.
We Skyped first before we met in person. When we finally meet in person we both knew we where meant to be together but we where so nervous. Turns out we both had so much in common. Our first date was nothing but nerves!? We went out to eat and to the park. It was the most amazing day of my life.

Still to this day he knows how to make me smile and laugh. I never thought I’d ever find the man of my dreams and thanks to Christian Mingle I did. Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
When we first meet in person I was pacing the church back and forth. My mom told me to sit down he will be here soon. My dad’s a pastor of a Baptist Church in North Carolina. That’s where we first meet. It was when he walked through the church doors and I saw him for the first time face to face I knew by the look in his eye that he was the one.
It was the first time I had ever felt true love. I cried and told my sister I found him my Mr. Right
It wasn’t till later though that my mind caught up with my heart. He had sent me a short film called the Butterfly Circus that was the day I had no doubt at all it was true love. I was struggling with things in my life and he helped me through them instead of just looking past them. It was the first time I had ever felt true love. What advice would you give other Christian Mingle members?
I know that there can be some people on here that you may meet that you don’t feel are the right guy or girl for you. But just hang in there. I will be honest I had closed my account and something inside of me side open it back up. And I’m so thankful I did because he was the next person I got to know.
I made a few good friends on the site as well. One actually stands out, he told me that I was afraid of commitment and boy was he right. But he helped me face that fear by pointing it out. And we are still good friends to this day. So don’t worry you can find your perfect match. Don’t give up to easy or you may just miss them.
