Christian Mingle Success Story Terms
By using the Christian Mingle Success Stories site in any way, or by submitting your own Success Story, you acknowledge that your use or submission is governed by these Christian Mingle Success Story Terms, as well as Christian Mingle’s Terms of Service as provided by Spark Inc. (“Spark”).
1. Users of the Christian Mingle Success Stories Site
Couples who met on Christian Mingle can use the Success Stories site to share their dating success story and photos. A success story submitter must be or must have been a registered Christian Mingle Member.
The Success Stories site is a publicly available website. Couples who submit content to the Success Stories site acknowledge that such content may be viewed by the public (including the media).
2. Submission of Success Stories and Photos
To submit a success story to the Success Stories site, you must provide (i) certain identifying and contact information and certain information about your relationship (for example, the date you met) and (ii) your success story and a photo of yourselves (collectively, your “Success Profile”). By submitting content to the Success Stories site, you agree and represent that (a) Spark may use all, part, or none of your content for a Christian Mingle Success Story, (b) both members of the couple have agreed to these Terms, (c) both members of the couple have agreed to make their story public, (d) all information and materials submitted are true and accurate and (e) the submission does not conflict with any obligation or restriction you or the other member of the couple may have. By submitting your Success Story you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Spark, its affiliates, licensees and successors an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide right and license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute such Success Story and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Success Story, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing in any medium.
3. Spark’s Use of Your Success Story
By submitting your Success Story, each member of the couple gives Spark the unlimited right and permission to use your Success Story, or any parts thereof, including without limitation, (i) on the Success Stories site, (ii) elsewhere on Spark’s sites and services (including on Christian Mingle’s Facebook fan page, Instagram, YouTube page and any other similar sites) and (iii) in advertising or promotional materials for Spark’s products or services. Additionally, Spark may transfer Your Success Story, or parts thereof, as necessary to effect the uses described in (i), (ii), or (iii) of this section. Spark may use your Success Story in perpetuity but is not required to use it, or any part of it. Content submitted to the Success Stories site and posted by Spark will remain available on the Success Stories site until Christian Mingle removes such content or discontinues the Success Stories site. Spark reserves the right to discontinue the Success Stories site at any time. Spark may make changes to your Success Story.
