Tye and I met on Christian Mingle in December of 2013 and had our first date in January of 2014.
The second I saw Tye smiling, as he walked up to me for the first time, I knew in my heart I was going to marry him. We had the best first date, ya know, the one where time just flies by way too fast. Who knew in just a short four months, he would ask me to be his wife during a karaoke session of us signing “Love is An Open Door” from Frozen. It was perfect! And, all of our family and friends were there to witness such a great memory.
On July 13th, 2014, we became husband and wife. It was the best day of our life. We thank God every day for the gift of each other, and for Christian Mingle. It was nice to have a site where everyone had the same foundation and could grow from that.
