In September 2014, I was encouraged to try online dating from a co-worker, and Jacob felt God tugging at his heart to give online dating another chance. We both wanted a spouse that put God first, so naturally we both chose Christian Mingle.
Jacob smiled at me and I was so excited! We started messaging, then emailing, then finally he asked me on a date! We went to my favorite restaurant and from then on, saw each other every day. After the first date, I told my best friend Maria that I had met my husband. Jacob 
asked me on our second date during our first date – a win for me! As Jacob said, “It was like a lightning bolt!!”
Jacob asked me to marry him on his birthday in May. The Lord is so faithful! We are so blessed he used Christian Mingle to bring us together. We were married on November 7 and are filled with joy!
