They filled each other’s hearts with happiness and were married on April 27th, 2019. How did you meet? What was your first date like? Tell us all the details!
Our first date did not go as planned! The plan was to go to a local restaurant but when I got hurt, he graciously accepted the invitation to stay in and have dinner at my house. We ordered Chinese and watched the movie Christian Mingle.
Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
We had been dating about 3 months and I had a moment where I knew I could see myself marrying him. It was about 3 months later that I finally told him I loved him which resulted in our first kiss as well. I knew there was no one I’d rather spend my life with. He filled my heart with so much happiness and I didn’t want to ever lose that feeling.
What advice would you give other Christian Mingle members?
BE HONEST! Be honest about who you are and what you want. Please do not try to fit yourself into someone else’s box in order to have a status.
If you want kids but the other person doesn’t, just walk away. There are things you cannot compromise on and you shouldn’t have to. Don’t feel selfish for knowing what you want. Be honest up front in an effort to avoid the conflict.
