We were both widowed for a period of two to eight years. We joined Christian Mingle, in an effort to find someone who was compatible. We both were on this site for a period of three months. We began emailing each other in early November of 2013.
On November 18, 2013, we met at a diner in Westbury, New York. Our meeting lasted over four hours. We spoke of our lives and were amazed by the many things we had in common. We left the diner together, this time holding hands, and from that day forward we both felt the special love we had for one another. On December 31, 2013, Lawrence asked for my hand in marriage. We got married on June 21, 2014.
We are both in our 60’s and have known the true meaning of love and marriage. With the help of God’s grace we will now begin a new journey together.
