We met in May of 2013. We talked and dated for about a month, but I had to say goodbye to Mark as I was also talking with someone else that I felt the Lord wanted me to pursue. It didn’t work out with the other guy, however, and after 10 months I contacted Mark again.
We picked up right where we left off. We were meant to be together and we could see that now. The Lord knew what He was doing. The timing was not right previously. We both needed time to grow. So, in March of 2014, we reconnected and began our life together. We were engaged in August and were married on September 27, 2014.
The biggest advice we can give is be honest with your profile and trust the Lord. He will guide you and direct you in the path you should go… even when the timing is not what you think it should be.
