We first met on Christian Mingle in April 2013. We were so shocked to learn how many things we had in common with each other when we first started messaging. We were both looking for a Christian mate who had never been married before and didn’t have any children. We found exactly that when we found each other. It was also great that we were only an hour drive away from each other.
The most important things in our lives are God and family. We are also huge Kobe Bryant fans, both love to play basketball, both like watching Alabama football, we each love the beach, and the list goes on.
We met in person for the first time on May 10, 2013. We had an exciting first date! We went zip-lining, hiking, went to a mall, and then out to eat. We got engaged on Thanksgiving Day 2014 and we got married on March 28, 2015. We had a beautiful church wedding. Then we went on our honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii and had a wonderful time. We bought a beautiful home and are so happy together. Christian Mingle definitely helped to make our dream come true of finding our soul mate. God’s timing was really right on this occasion!
