Can I reset my password if I’m logged out of ChristianMingle?

Yes. Go to ChristianMingle and click the “Forgot Password?” link underneath the Login button. You will be prompted to type in the email address associated with your account. We will then send you a separate email that will allow you to reset your password. Please look for this email in both your Inbox and your junk or spam folders since our emails are sometimes tagged as junk mail or spam.

How do I activate my old ChristianMingle account if I deactivated it?

We are always happy when people return to ChristianMingle! If you want to reactive your ChristianMingle account, you just need to log in with your previous login details.

How do I change my email address associated with ChristianMingle?

In order to change your email address, click the Account Settings link in the dropdown menu on your Profile thumbnail located in the top right of any page. Click the option for “Change Your Email” under Account Settings and you can verify your old email address, then enter a new one.

I forgot my password. How do I log back into ChristianMingle?

Why can’t I log in?

If you’re receiving an error message when you log in, these are possible issues:
1. You may have mistyped your email or password. Make sure your Caps Lock is off and try again.
2. Sometimes there are cache issues with web browsers that can inhibit a proper log in. Clear your cache, close your browser window and try again.
3. Double-check your email and password. If these are correct and you still get an error message, please contact ChristianMingle’s Customer Service team.
4. If you have forgotten your password, go to our login page and click the “Forgot Password?” link next to the Login button. You will be prompted to type in the email address associated with your account. We will then send you a separate email that will allow you to reset your password.

Why is ChristianMingle making me enter in my login credentials every time?

Make sure the next time you log in to ChristianMingle you check off the “Remember Me” option. If this continues, try clearing your cache/browser history.

Why would I use the “Remember Me” option?

The “Remember Me” option allows you to access ChristianMingle from a recognized device without having to enter your login credentials each time you visit.

How do I upgrade my ChristianMingle membership?

To upgrade, log in to your ChristianMingle account and click on the “Upgrade Now” link found at the top right of any page. Then, you’ll have access to so many fantastic ChristianMingle features! Good choice!

What are the different price and subscription account options?

We offer a variety of subscriptions, ranging from one month to one year. You can view our prices in full detail here. Why not give yourself the time to you need find the right person for you? We’ve found that the 3 month and 6 month subscriptions are the best options when it comes to a fulfilling online dating journey.

What is the difference between a free membership and a paid subscription?

Within 24 hours of receiving your payment, you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been upgraded to a paid subscription.

Can I purchase a gift subscription for my friend or family member?

Currently, ChristianMingle does not offer a free trial period for the premium subscription features. But you can join ChristianMingle for FREE and start browsing right away – FOR FREE! You won’t believe how many Christian singles will catch your eye! Then, you can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time to start communicating with other members through messages and chat (IM).

How can I turn off auto-renewal?

We would hate to see you go, but please recognize that if your subscription lapses you’ll lose access to a lot of what ChristianMingle has to offer. But if you’d like to turn off the auto-renewal feature on your subscription, here’s how to do it:

1. Click the “Membership Management” link in the dropdown menu of your Profile icon at the top right on any page
2. Click the “Cancel Subscription” link
3. Follow the prompts to complete cancellation and end auto-renewal.

Note: You will still have access to all subscriber privileges through the remainder of your subscription term.

How does auto-renewal work?

When you purchase a paid subscription, you choose one of several monthly plans available. Your subscription is automatically renewed at the guaranteed renewal rate and for the period of time that applies to your chosen purchase option. For more details, please review our Terms of Service.

What are the options for breaking up my ChristianMingle subscription payments?

For multi-month packages, you have the option to pay the complete amount up front. We may be offering monthly payment plans in the future.

What happens when my paid subscription expires if I don’t have auto-renewal set to “On”?

Your account will revert back to free member status and you will no longer be able to communicate with other members using the messaging and chat (IM) features.

What if I start dating someone during my ChristianMingle subscription?

If you met that special someone on ChristianMingle, we’d love to know! Please feel free to share your success story – it would be so inspiring to other Christian singles who are online dating! You can stop your subscription at any time before the renewal, but we do not offer a “pause” time (if you’re waiting to see how your new relationship evolves).

Does my subscription end if I deactivate my account?

If you deactivate your account then reactivate within the time period of your initial subscription period, you will still maintain access to your subscription and all its features. Deleting your account does not put the subscription period on hold. Make sure that you choose if you would like auto-renewal on or off, so you’re aware of any and all potential future charges.

How do I deactivate my account?

We’d hate to see you go! But you can deactivate your account by following these two steps:

1. Click your Profile thumbnail link in the top right corner of any page.
2. Under “Membership Management” select “Remove Profile.”

Your profile will be removed from the ChristianMingle community, but will be stored on our servers in case you decide to return and reactivate. Deactivating your account will stop all ChristianMingle emails to the registered email address on your profile unless you are an affiliate of ChristianMingle.

How do I stop receiving ChristianMingle emails? Can I unsubscribe?

We never want to be a pain! So if you would like to change the frequency of ChristianMingle notifications and emails, you won’t hurt our feelings. Here’s how to do it:

1. Click on your Profile thumbnail in the top right of any page
2. Click the “Account Settings” link
3. Click on the “Message Settings” link
4. Choose from a list of options for receiving various types of messages and alerts
5. Click on “Save Changes”

I recently moved, so how do I change my account address/location?

Log in to ChristianMingle and click the Edit Profile link in the top right when you hover over your Profile thumbnail. Your profile page will become editable. You will then be able to change your address (which will be kept private from all ChristianMingle members).

Why has my profile been removed?

We do our best to ensure a safe and non-threatening environment for all our ChristianMingle members. To this end, we will remove profiles that look suspicious or appear to have violated our rules. If you feel your profile has been removed in error, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-960-4428.
