I have never met someone so perfect for me...

I met KC1011 on here in November of 2008. I had only been on here for a few days, but I liked his profile because he said God must have a sense of humor because he thought of the platypus. It was a random thing to put in his profile and I'm a pretty random girl! We met a few weeks after we had started to chat on here and we had an instant connection. I have never met someone so perfect for me who is faithful, humorous, and makes me feel amazing! We click on so many levels (some that I didn't even know existed!) I truly feel like God has placed him in my life and he brings me closer to God each day. He IS my soul mate.

It was as if we'd known each other for years.

This is the story of how my husband and I found each other...

I, known as "Inquisitive1" came upon your website late January of 2007. Mark, or "Wimgor," as I believe he was known as, had been on ChristianMingle, previously Relationships.com, since December of 2006. On Feb. 14, 2007, he popped up on my screen as a 100% match, so I opened up his profile. His photo immediately had my attention, so I read his introduction and profile. He was in northern Indiana, and I was in South Texas. It amazed me how narrow his parameters were and that we were still a 100% match! I sent him a smile, and he in turn sent me a message. On Feb. 15th, we began to IM each other on your website, and by Feb. 19th, we were talking on the phone. We talked for at least 3 hours each day for several weeks, sharing what was most important to each of us, as well as praying for each other, singing together over the phone, and even crying together (as he was a recent widower). Then, on March 2nd, I had the opportunity to meet him face to face. We only had 4 hours together, but that was enough. We were so comfortable with each other, as if we'd known each other for years. I realized several hours later, while we talked again on the phone, that I had fallen in love with him. He came out to South Texas to visit me the first week of April, where he discovered his feelings for me were the same. In early May, I went back to Indiana for a week, where I met his family, and he proposed to me in their presence! He visited me once more in Texas in June, but by then we knew that his next trip would be to move me up to Indiana in July to be married at the end of the month. We will be celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary July 29th, and our relationship now is better than it was back then. I was always petrified to go on any dating websites, but when yours appeared in my emails, I had a peace about venturing onto your site. Now I know why. Thank you for being there for busy professionals, who have no time to wait for "Mr. Right" to happen along. I have been blessed with an amazing future bride.

I am a single father of two beautiful children that the Lord has blessed me with. We moved from California to Iowa at the end of 2007. After giving this life back to Jesus where it belonged. After so much prayer, I found myself driving across the country on I-80 to Council Bluffs, Iowa, shortly after finding a wonderful church family, a well paying job, driving equipment, and a decent apartment. Out of the blue, a friend at work mentioned Christian Mingle. I created a profile and subscribed. A few months later I sent a smile to this wonderful woman in Omaha (pda531). She has no children of her own, but my children love her greatly and she is really good to us. Most of all, she has been a Christian all her life. Equally yolked. When I first began praying to God, my main concern was falling for somebody who would make me fall back, but thankfully that did not happen. We have a great God I trusted, stood tall and practiced discernment. He has blessed me with an amazing future bride. I thank Jesus with all my heart and this life.

Everything fit into place perfectly.

I set up an account and not a day later I saw Eric's profile. We were an almost 100% match. I sent him a 'smile' and by that evening he had sent me a message. I wrote back trying not to sound too eager. We passed a couple messages and then a couple of days after that on on a Friday evening, I saw that he was online too. I messaged him and we chatted for a while. He told me later that he was in a coffee shop parking lot and the battery on his computer was dying (thank goodness it didn't die!!). We chatted for a few minutes and then my dog stepped on my laptop switching off my wireless! I was disconnected immediately. He said he was just about to click offline when I messaged him again. Just in time. We chatted for awhile and then he asked me out to dinner the next night. We went out for dinner and talked for a couple of hours then went to see a movie. Eric and I got together for coffee the next night and talked for a few more hours. We started dating almost a week from the day we met. Everything fit into place perfectly. We've only been dating close to two months but have committed our relationship to prayer and we are working towards marriage. We started right off the bat with a Bible study to make sure to build the spiritual foundation for our relationship. Eric has been the greatest blessing in my life and my absolute best friend. I'm so grateful that I have found the man that I'm going to spend the rest of my life with.

I feel as though I was guided to ChristianMingle. One day when I was on the computer, it was just there for me. I looked at the site, but didn't sign up right away. Then on March 12th, I decided to join. That same evening I received a smile from Michael (endvr602). From that first smile, I felt a connection. We started sending messages daily, that became emails and within 2 weeks we were talking on the phone. We found we had so much in common, we both felt like God had brought us together. By the first of April we knew we were in love. I was living in Arizona and he was living in Texas, so I made plans to fly to Texas to meet him. We met on April 27th, and knew immediately that what we were feeling was real. We have a connection that cannot be explained, we are amazed each and every day. I love Michael with all my heart. I know without a doubt that he is my future, he is who I have looked my entire life for, and who I have dreamed of. If I could custom order a man for me, Michael would be him. Before I left on April 30th, he asked me to move to Texas to be with him. I found a job that I start on June 1st and am moving there as I write this letter. We can't wait to be together and start our life. We have talked of marriage, and I believe that we will be together for the rest of our lives.
