Amazing!

So I had tried ALL the other sites... match.com, eharmony, and a few others... I was so sick of dating, but I knew God wanted me to be happy. I signed up for this site a while ago, but didn't get the full membership until last month (my inbox was overflowing with responses so I bit the bullet and finally became an official member). Micka was one of the first people who responded to me... we did the COMPASS and we matched up pretty well. So after chatting here, then IMing, then calling... we made our first date. WOW - AMAZING! He even volunteered with me on Sunday @ church. I was like, this is how I serve God, so if you want to get to know me...you have to come serve to! He did SO great and I was like "FINALLY! God has sent me someone...So I'm truly a fan of this site. I hope to post an update in the future of how well things are going between us...

He is a wonderful, sweet Christian man.

Les and I met on ChristianMingle a little over 2 months ago. We live about 1 hour apart. We had our first date 2 months ago today (well yesterday, the 20th) at an IHOP. We share the same birthday, New Year's Eve and so we plan to have our wedding on New Year's Eve 2009 IN 4 MONTHS!!! It seems so far away.. but so soon as well. There is so much to do. He is a wonderful, sweet Christian man. Thank you for providing a site where 2 creative, loving, and CONSERVATIVE Christian people can find each other.

God has opened the ways for us to get married.

We started emailing each other on 15 July 09 and we started talking to each other via skype on 5 August 09. He fell in love with me on 6 August 09. He proposed to me on 13 August 09 and I agreed to marry him, 16 August 09. We are getting married on 1 October 09 in Las Vegas. God has opened the ways for us to get married. We agreed that marriage is a covenant ordained by God and we will put God at the center of our marriage.
When we announced our our marriage, our family members were happy for us, but our friends and pastors were apprehensive and advised us to reconsider our decision. We stand firm with our decision and got married on 9/28/09.
At the beginning of our relationship, I told "newcreation" it was impossible for us to have a relationship due to locality (I am in Perth and he is in Hawaii) and time zone difference. But he told me that with God everything is possible and because of his persistence, we got married!
Best Regards,
Noco

We are committed to giving our all to this relationship.

Early in July of 2009, I came across a profile (Fruitacake) that really captured my interest. I sent him a smile, which he returned and within a few days we were mingle mailing daily. Then I received a phone call from a friend inviting me to attend a Casting Crowns concert. I accepted the invitation and then the friend informed me the concert was going to be in Colorado, where this man lived! So I sent an email asking if he was interested in meeting while I was there. He readily accepted and we had dinner before the concert, then spent the evening together with my friends at the concert. He is an amazing man, grounded in God, funny, sensitive, caring, I could go on.... we have hit it off very well and although we have a 4 hour distance between us, we are committed to giving our all to this relationship, keep God as the head of it and seeing what happens! Ladies...if his profile catches you eye, heart, soul whatever....REACH OUT AND GO FOR IT!!! God is good ALL the time!!

This a love story still unfolding...

I saw her profile the same day I joined ChristianMingle.com. There are many beautiful people on your site, but what drew me to Angie is her love for dance and using it for ministry. Her compassion for the youth and getting them involved in dance ministry. I am in music ministry myself, so in one of my emails, I told her that I thought that our ministries can do wonderful things together.
We knew after speaking to each other by phone that this relationship is different, that this relationship is blessed. We speak to each other everyday. In fact, just the other day neither one of us had to work the next day so we spent over 5 hours on the phone! We enjoyed every minute.
We knew how we felt about each other early, but we didn't want to profess our love until we saw each other face to face. Well, I can tell you that didn't work. It's like trying to ignore a 500 lb. gorilla in your living room! During one of our conversations on the phone we both felt a very deep connection. She wanted to say those "three words" and I told her not to. After a couple minutes I felt a calm over myself, a voice telling me its okay. As Angie was saying something to me, I interrupted and said "Angie, I love you..I love you..I love you" it was like someone opened the flood gates with both of us pouring "I love you" over the phone. She felt goosebumps, both of us weeping, knowing this was so right.
I can say this, we talk on the phone for hours a day, learning as much as possible about each other. We both know that this relationship is blessed by God and we are so excited about our lives together and our future. Yes, Cara, this is a definite success story that is also a love story still unfolding and we know how this story ends, "they lived happily ever after." Thank You Cara and ChristianMingle.
God Bless,
Jayme
