The mission of Rivers of Life to bring the resources of the body of Christ to the poor, the sick, and those in need is fulfilled in four specific ministries, the main focus of which is the greatest resource the body has to offer, prayer, but also includes the distribution of physical resources when needed. The ministries include Intercessory Prayer, Freedom Prayer, Eagles Wings, and International Ministries. Each ministry has a group of dedicated individuals committed to serving the Lord as needs arise in the community and abroad.

Real Life Ministries is a non-denominational Evangelical Christian church in Post Falls, situated in Kootenai County, Idaho. The church was planted in 1998 by four families, including now senior pastor, Jim Putman. Since its founding, the church has grown to an average weekend attendance of over 7,000. It was the fastest growing non-denominational Christian church in the United States from 2002-2006.
In their words, the vision of the Real Life Church is, "To be a church unchurched people love to attend". Their core values are: welcoming people, following Jesus and transforming people. The main practice of the Church are: Worship, study, prayer, community, outreach and service.
