- No. The ChristianMingle Mobile site is not an application. ChristianMingle Mobile can be accessed from any mobile device with browser capabilities and data access.

- You can use any form of payment that we accept on the full ChristianMingle site, including: American Express®, VISA®, Mastercard®, and Discover®.
- Is there an additional charge for using ChristianMingle Mobile?
- No, ChristianMingle Mobile is provided to all of our subscribers as an additional product offering. If you have a mobile device with data access, you can access ChristianMingle Mobile. Please note that internet/data access fees may vary from carrier to carrier, so please contact your wireless provider regarding your data rates.
- Why won't ChristianMingle Mobile load on my mobile device?
- You may be experiencing poor reception in your area, which delays communication between your device and our servers. If you are on a BlackBerry® device, try using the "Internet Browser" rather than the default "BlackBerry Browser." If your reception is fine but you are still having problems accessing ChristianMingle Mobile, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-453-3861 to check on the status of the mobile site. It is possible we may be experiencing technical difficulties on our side.
- Can I use the ChristianMingle Mobile site if I'm a non-subscribing member?
- Yes, both subscribers and non-subscribers are able to use the ChristianMingle Mobile site. However, just as is the case on the full ChristianMingle website, non-subscribers on the mobile site are limited in their access to all the great communication features.
- Can I send Smiles on the mobile site?
- Yes, you can send Smiles whether you're a subscriber or a non-subscribing member. However, as a subscriber, you will be able to take full advantage of our messaging capabilities.
- Can I send Emails on the mobile site?
- As a subscriber you can access your inbox and send Emails right from your mobile device. Non-subscribing members will need to subscribe in order to take full advantage of our messaging capabilities.
- Can I send Instant Messages on the mobile site?
- Yes, we recently added IM capability to the mobile site! As a subscriber, you can send and receive IMs on the mobile site just like you would on the full site. Find a member you would like to IM and click the "send IM" button on their profile to open an IM conversation. Please note, you can only partake in one IM conversation at a time.
- Can I see when other members are online on the mobile site?
- Yes. If a member's profile is marked with a green "online" or "send IM" indicator, that means he/she is currently logged onto ChristianMingle and can receive instant messages.
- What is the "Online Status" on the mobile site?
- If you are on ChristianMingle Mobile and don't want to be available for IM chat, set your online status to "Off IM" and members will not be able to IM you. You can still IM others but they cannot IM you. If you want to be available for IM invitations, make your online status "On IM" (the default setting). Online Status is located at the bottom of every page on the mobile site.
